The canines of Pandora have evolved a remarkable talent for crafting crude armor out of cloth and scrap metal. They cannot weld, but they are adept at using wire for rudimentary "sewing", Armor of any fashion is allowed, as are accessories and clothing items scrounged from humans, the only limit to armor is anything especially sleek and refined, it has to look like it was cobbled together from junkyard pieces!

Canines have evolved very dexterous paws, able to grip and grab things and utilize tools. While they're not deft enough to fire a gun, they can use knives and other weapons of the sort.
